采用宏观和微观形貌观察、化学成分分析、显微组织观察、硬度测试等方法,对某带钢连续热浸镀机组卧式连续退火炉水冷炉辊的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:水冷炉辊辊套成分中不含铌元素,镍元素含量偏低,导致组织中形成网状富铬碳化物析出相;辊套内腔结垢、水冷不畅使水冷炉辊产生局部过热,导致工作侧辊套基体中粒状合金碳化物的析出和网状富铬碳化物的长大,使工作侧辊套的脆性增加;随着结垢的沉积,水冷炉辊出现轴承转动不畅,甚至堵转现象;在热应力、扭力作用下,裂纹在网状富铬碳化物析出相中形成并沿网状碳化物逐渐向基体内扩展,最终导致水冷炉辊的开裂。 相似文献

为了验证在某复杂难选铁矿石的选矿工艺中,应用高压辊磨机和立式搅拌磨的优越性,进行了一系列对比试验。结果表明,与颚式破碎机相比,高压辊磨机产品的粉矿率更高,产品的可磨性更好;与球磨机相比,立式搅拌磨机细磨效率更高、效果更好,相同磨矿细度下,立式搅拌磨机磨矿产品的解离度更高,磁选铁精矿品位也更高;高压辊磨+立式搅拌磨在处理复杂难选铁矿石方面具有显著的优势。 相似文献

In high-speed rolling element bearings, the drag forces can be prominent and it is demonstrated in this investigation that the classical models may not be appropriate for correctly estimating this power loss contribution. A modification of the models is thus proposed, including the usual drag forces formulation relying upon the drag coefficient to be evaluated from a numerical computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach. A three-dimensional approach that considers both the rings and the cylinder ends seems the only adequate approach to be used because a two-dimensional approach predicts a drag coefficient value that is too low. When using the former computed drag coefficient for the evaluation of the total power losses, high values of oil volume fraction must be employed to recover the measured power losses. 相似文献

As thermal radiation is one of the fundamental means of heat transfer, therefore, this study analyzes the impacts of thermal radiation and magnetic field on the peristaltic transport of a Jeffrey nanofluid in a nonuniform asymmetric channel. Further, Two models of viscosity are debated: Model (I), in which all parameters dependent on viscosity behave as a constant (as treated before in nanofluid research); Model (II), in which these known parameters are considered to vary with the temperature of the flow. Under the condition of long wavelength and low Reynolds number, the problem is rearranged. The resulting system of partial differential equations (PNE) is solved with aid of Mathematica 11. Furthermore, the streamline graphs are presented by significance of trapping bolus phenomenon. To emphasize the quality of solutions, comparisons between the previous results and recent published results by Reddy et al. have been made and signified. The comparisons are shown in Table 1 and are found to be in good agreement. As the thermal radiation increases, the diameter of nanoparticles rises (thermal radiation is a diminishing function of temperature, and with a decrease in the temperature, the diameter of the nanoparticles increases, that is, the size of nanoparticles increases and they become more active near malignant tumor tissues). Therefore, its work as agents for radiation remedy, produce limited radiation quantities, and selectively target malignant tumor for controlled mutilation (radiotherapy of oncology). The inlet deflector rollers of a recoiling line are sprayed rollers. Short scratch lines have been found on the surface of steel sheets during commissioning. By adjusting the control parameters of the line and investigating the manufacturing process of inlet deflector rollers,the root cause of the scratches was found.
